    I just bought the spin gym because I had a 5 level neck fusion August 23rd and anything high/low impact for me was not a good idea but I felt awful doing nothing! Well, I received my spin gym 2 days after ordering it and it’s kinda funny because I didn’t watch the video on “how to” and I thought perhaps I was an idiot because I thought “this thing doesn’t stretch, what the heck?” Then I watched the video and my exact words were – “this is fricken awesome”! Yep right in my purse and NO EXCUSES not to do it AT LEAST 3 times a day! Great little device! Love it!
